Well, we didn't have a sock, so that's even less reason to assume!

[Not that it's a huge deal. Or the first time someone assumed they were a couple.]

Though then another thing occurs to him.]

... by the same token, doesn't that mean if you wanted to start a rumor, you could simply say, "I saw a sock on so-and-so's door"?

Oh, you could, but that would definitely depend on you're spreading rumors about. Got anyone in mind?

But I'd only be doing it as a prank amongst the other idols, of course. I wouldn't dare spread rumors the press or other outsiders might latch onto. Sometimes we gossip amongst ourselves, though, and that's all in good fun...♪

...ohh, internal gossip. That's kind of fun, isn't it? You get to hear about what all the other idols are doing. Anything juicy?

Depends how you'd define "juicy." I feel I hear more about conflicts than I do about lovey-dovey things, though. Internal strife, money issues, "creative differences," and all that stuff.

[He sighs and takes a sip of tea. He wishes people would give him the good gossip :'(]

It's a shame, since I'd rather hear nice things. Things that bring excitement, and things that bring joy! But I guess everyone's too well-behaved to go around on dates. We idols aren't allowed to do that stuff, even though all of us still feel "love."

Isn't that because people want to be able to imagine they have a shot with you?
